Add Flexural Slip Horizon

Note: This video was created in Version 4.  The menu structure in later versions has changed slightly.

1. The "Restoration" menu has been replaced by the "Restore and Transform" menu

2. "Add Flexural Slip Horizon"  menu item is replaced by "Add Projected Horizon".  You can choose to use the flexural slip method, vertical shear or inclined shear.
