Structural Modeling in StructureSolver Part II

Peter Hargrove's previous talk on structural modeling covered the theory of fault bend fold and tri-shear modeling and showed how to use the structural modeling toolls in StructureSolver to build structural models consistent with your seismic data. In this talk Peter will demonstrate the "advanced" modeling features.  He will demonstrate  more erosion examples, and discuss the burial history plots.  He will also review the strain analysis tools in StructureSolver, and show how to link structural models from adjacent faults to develop structural models across complex fault systems.

One of the strengths of StructureSolver is that the restoration, area-depth analysis, and modeling tools are built on a single software platform, so that you can easily use integrate the results from the various independent tools to validate and refine your model.  We will also show examples of an integrated case study.

A light lunch and drinks will be provided.
